Lots in Treasure Hills subdivision range in size from one acre, to over five acres. Covenants are kept on file at the Faulkner County courthouse in Conway, Arkansas. Residents have exclusive access to our private 5-acre lakeside park on Beaverfork Lake. There you will find a boat launch, swimming area, fishing pier, portolets, a pavilion, charcoal grills, tennis courts, and a small playground.
